Minecraft app asks for Apple ID & password and then crashes. Help.

When I open minecraft on my iphone, it asks for my apple ID and password. But, when I enter them, it crashes. How do I fix this?

Why is the non-Apple app asking for your Apple ID and password. That, in my opinion, is a red flag, so to speak.

Did you buy it? Or did you get it from someone else's apple account?

It was probably verifying my ownership of the game. I did buy it my self and I did not get it from someone else's apple account. There are no in app purchases in it (yet). What I need help on is the game crashing. This never happened before.

That's just it. What is happening is not normal and could be the issue for the crashing. Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting the device, and then re-installing the app? Before doing that, close out the recently used app list, turn off your iPhone completely, and then turn it back on to see if that helped.

I have Tried to restart my phone, and it didn't work. I'm gonna try JustMe'd idea and come back after.
