shortcut icon for facebook

Yesterday i bought iphone5. I have installed facebook but still unable to get its short cut icon.
However i installed facebook messenger and watsaap and got shortcut icon for both.

please advise how to get shortcut icon for facebook.

Try resetting your phone holding home and power if not go to settings then usage and see of FB is installed there if it is delete it and try redone loading the app

Facebook and Twitter should both already be installed on the phone if this is a brand new phone. You should find it under your main settings menu. Once you set it up you should see the Icon on your main screen.

Even if you sign in under settings the app is not installed it will display a link in the settings that says .. Install and it will link you too the App Store to download it .
