Getting RSS feeds back

Now that google pulled the plug on their reader how do I get my feeds I to feeddler and feedly? I've downloaded the subscription file from google, but couldn't figure out how to get input into feedly.

I've also started rebuilding the feeds in instapaper. Anything else I can do?

Feedly was out tonight for me, couldn't get in.

No issues with Feedly here ever since they converted the feeds internally about a week or so ago.
