I bought an ipad mini and it couldn't be charged. No matter how long i plug it in, the ipad only show an empty charging battery. I tried to restore it but couldn't because my laptop won't recognize the ipad since there is no power inside. I have no choice but to brought it to an authorized apple reseller store, one of the tech guy say that he will bring it inside and test.
after 10 mins he came out and said he has restored my ipad. I was like wtf how did you do it, and the guy said he has a special software that only authorized apple shops can acquire which can restore any idevice even there is no battery.
Is there such a program or that guy just use itunes with some tricks? if there is what is it name and can i get it somewhere?
