BB Playbook Scrapbook for iPad

There is any program like scrapbook for BB Plyabook for iPad? Or anything similar? Please, I look for all the App Store and don't find anyone.. Thanks for the help..

Short story... You select a digital page that has a background, then you put pictures on it which you can resize and rotate on the page. Once you are done you can save it and post the scrapbook page to Facebook. Just found this OP.
