Urgent! Need a video editing app to assemble bgms

I need an app that allows me to add audio clips to a video n edit/move the location of each audio clip..i have some bgm tracks precomposed..n before i could take the render,my pc broke..

I tried imovie..but that doesnt allow to move bgm tracks to diffent locations in the timeline..


Pleasehelp guys..i need to complete the assignment..n all i am left with is n ipad

What format are your audio clips?

I can convert them to anything..originally shot in m
Avi...but converted the, to apple friendly mp4 and mov

Tried imovie..but as i told..all in vain
