What's best is always subjective, however, I like using my jot stylus with the Notability app.

I have a bunch of note taking apps. They all now have wrist protection. The problem with this is that you lose a quarter or more of your screen real estate. I recommend the Stylus Handpad instead. Check out my review HERE. It's the only guarantee.
