How to restore most wanted purchased items ?

Hello,
I install most wanted and i pucharse a car via my goft card for 2.99$
And now i reinstalled the game , how i can recover my save progress from icloud and purchased item from game ???

You'd have to restore your entire iPhone from a backup. You cannot restore just a single app unless they provide it within the app.

But i have another problem too !
I was registred into the origin and all of points are save in it and when i re-installed the game my credit came back ! But non of purchased items came back !

Is there an option in the game to Restore Purchases? There usually is an option like that for applications that offer in-app purchases.
