edit cover photo of facebook

Hi everybody . Is there any app which allow to edit photo with exact size of facebook or Google + cover photo ? I have many awesome photo but when i upload to cover photo of facebook it crops with other size and makes my photo look bad

Ive had the same problem. The only solution i have found is actually editing it on the Desktop version of the site on an actual PC.
