iLightningCam uses true real-time recognition of lightning strikes. Once recognized, your iPhone takes a picture of the recognized lightning.
And yes - your iPhone is fast enough!
You only need a good view on a real thunderstorm.
The app works free hand. Just point your iPhone towards the scene/part of the sky/thunderstorm where you expect the next lightning, start the app iLightningCam, choose video or photo mode and wait, the app will automatically press the trigger/shutter if a lightning is detected in your view.
ISO control???
The app costs only 79 cents for now, you can test the lite version with the sparks of a lighter if no lighnting is nearby ....

ISO control???
During night lightning strikes are too bright for a reasonable exposure. We introduce the first ever ISO control for iPhones. See the attached example image, ISO 250, exposure time 1/20, night, lightning over Vienna last week.. Without ISO control(ISO 800 during night) the complete image image would be white.
