Document App

I have been using the iPad for a while now abound am looking for a document app that will:

**Allow security controls. I want to be able to apply password lock on it.

**Allow me to highlight text.

I'm currently using Documents to Go premium office suite. It will allow me to import a document with password security, but I cannot create a new one.

I have Pages for the iPad and am disappointed that it won't perform these basic functions.

So Quickoffice Pro will allow me to create documents with password protection and highlight text?
