tiny tower sync?

I have tiny tower on my iphone 4 and have done a lot of work. Now i downloaded it to my ipad 2 and its is put into game center and doesnt sync with my iphone tiny tower. Is this possible to sync my ipad 2 tiny tower(which is in game center) from my iphone 4 tiny tower so I dont have 2 seperate games?

From my understanding the sync feature is mainly there as a emergency backup in case you had to restore your phone. So it just puts it back to the way it was before so you don't have to start over. It doesn't allow you to play the game on multiple devices and keep your progress updated on both.

If your on iOS 5 you can sync with iCloud.
