Hello and Happy New Year!!

Santa brought me an Ipad2 and I want to go paperless. I am a contractor for the USA gov't and I have these forms which i use to interview patients at nursing homes. Because of the sensativity of the doucuments i cannot create similar document that collects the same information. I do have the document saved as an attaqchment in my emails. I want to import that document into an app and be able to fill in ht e fields manually using I suppose a special pen for an app?? Can I do this and if so which app do you recommend?

It would really help if you would specify what format the form is in.

If it's a word/pages doc then get the pages app... If its an excel/numbers spreadsheet get the numbers app
