Im new to the whole apple world.
I donwnload a game for my phone, but i click the wrong link and got the game for Ipad. is there a wy to get a refund. or a way i can transfer it from My pc to my neice's I Pad with out having it here. live via something

If it's a universal binary, just download it again to your iPhone. Or put a check next to it in your iTunes with the iPhone connected, and sync it.

If it's not a universal binary and you don't own an iPad, you'll have to (quickly) contact iTunes support by clicking the link in iTunes on your desktop.
