Rotate Video???

Okay i know this is a kinda newb-ish question.... But i recorded a short vid clip yesterday that i want to post on Youtube/Facebook. But when i recorded it the camera did not auto orientate. so the vid is upside down... -___________- is there any way i can edit the video to turn it right side up or is there an app for that?

what format does it record in? (i havent tried it yet.... )

if its mpg or mov... try the program call Irfanview its free and can open almost ANY image/video out there. has a feature that lets you rotate.
