How to buy App add-ons?

Please forgive my n00bness...This is my first iphone and I'd rly like to purchase the "i love analog" add-on for the camera+ App by tap tap tap.
Help pls.

Go to the AppStore and go to the app. There is a banner near the top that says top add ons. Touch it and it will expand and you can purchase add ons from there. Hope that helps.
