CopyTran Manager (free) add music to videos?

I have been trying to use CopyTrans Manager (free) to see which one I like better between CopyTrans Manager, and iTunes for transferring music from my PC to my iPhone. It adds the music to my video section under the iPod on the home screen. Why did iTunes adds them normally? After they are done adding to the videos. Also, on my iPhone when I create a playlist, and songs to it, when I play my music then when I press the home button to minimize, so it can continue playing, it stops playing. iTunes didn't do this. How can I fix it? Could it be fixed?
