Any suggestion for a CD catalog software?

I have hundreds of my CD's digitized into iTunes. The MP3's have ID3 tags and the artist, album information is stored in iTunes.

Obviously, all my terabytes of songs are not on my iPhone/iPod at any time. However, I would like to have a searchable catalog of my artists/albums/songs on my device. That way, when I am browsing in a store, I can look up and see if I have the song or album in my collection.

Ideally, this cataloging software would read the iTunes library (and not require me to feed my CD's into my PC, scan barcodes etc.

Is there such an app? Any suggestions on how to get my music/media catalog information on to my iPhone?
