App for that?

Hey guys I have a quick app question. I have a shoebox filled with like bank history, phone bills, pay stubs, receipts and all that good stuff and I was wondering if there was an app to eliminate the shoebox and need to keep all the papers. The app should be able to like keep all the documents in separate folders and so on. Any help would be great guys
