A friend and I made a translation app that is different from all the other translation apps on the store. It is called Tap-Translate and it's already in the app store.
It allows browsing the web as usual (using Safari) and getting a translation of words by simply tapping them. So there is no need to switch apps, copy-paste or that sort of stuff that other apps require.
