New iPhone App - called Wig Out - Suggestions on how to market it?

I am a new iPhone App developer that is new to the game.
Million Dollar question that some of you may be asking as well,
" How do I market my iPhone App better?"

My app is a very simple new app that is in the Entertainment Category.
I don't have a large budget to market and wasn't expecting to make a load of money from it.
It was fun and a new learning experience for me.

I do want to make my money back that I initially invested and am hoping for a couple extra bucks along the way.

Does anyone have any cost effective suggestions for all of us newbies?

I appreciate any feed back.

What exactly does the app do? Give you Justin Bieber hair?

Wig Out App

The app allows you to take a picture or choose a pic from your library.
You then add celebrity wigs to your picture.
Justin Bieber, Michael Jackson, Donald Trump, Lady Gaga to name a few.

Then you can facebook, email your pic.
If you facebook it, it creates a album in your facebook profile.
