Event logging app

Hi to all,
I am looking for an app which I would use for a sports team. What I need is to be able to "ping" times and add comments.
When I click a button, it would store the time of the click. I could then add a comment.

Event better, I would like to pre-define the events I will be pinging. The app would then show one button per event I have defined. Then I would only need to click a button for the app to store the time I clicked and the name of the event.
At the end of the day I would need to retrieve my event log somehow (xml file, Excel...).
Does anyone know of something like that already existing?

A couple apps come to mind...

The iPhone app that comes to mind is 'Tallyzoo'. It is a life-logging app. I would also search "log" "journal" and "timestamp" for button-based options.

And for the OTHER mobile operating system, 'Log Life', which matches your use-case exactly. (loggerlife.blogspot.com, and I'm the developer).
