This keyboard has big keys with multiple options on it.
It was built to help the disabled be able to type.
This is a great app that will help you email, and text faster than you can with the normal keyboard! Keep in mind, it takes a while to get used to it, but after some time, you will have it perfected!

The keyboard is laid out like a regular cell phone keyboard. But you do not have to tap the keys multiple times, you just swipe once for each letter. For the 'abc' key swipe left for the 'a', tap for the 'b', swipe right for the 'c'. You can also swipe the 'abc' key up for the number 2, and down to hide the keyboard.
There are two pages of keys in these applications. Each page has 9 keys. Each key has 5 options, up, down, left, right and tap. That gives you 45 options on each page. The alphabet, numbers and critical commands fit on one page. The other page has other less frequently used commands, and a large number of symbols.
Both apps are FREE! The business model is to offer a fully functional version for free, and a pro version without advertising and with additional symbols. Other manufacturers are invited to license this technology.
One of the biggest problems with the iPhone form factor is the keyboard. Qwerty keyboards on an iPhone have tiny keys. T9 keyboards have larger keys, but you have to hit the button multiple times. By swiping the keys of a T9 keyboard, you get big keys, a keyboard that many people already know, and a fast interface.
There are really only two keyboards that people know. The Qwerty and the
T9. TextFaster is a huge improvement on the T9 keyboard. For cell
phones the large buttons of a T9 layout make way more sense than the tiny buttons of a qwerty keyboard. A touch sensitive screen allows one to swipe the larger keys for more options.
On the default iOS it is not yet possible to replace the manufacturer supplied keyboard. It is possible to do so on Android, and so to stay competitive I expect the situation on the iPhone to change shortly. In the meantime a new keyboard requires a new application. The two most typing intensive applications are texting and emailing. While these two applications do not cover the majority of software packages, it is hoped that they will cover the majority of usage patterns.
