barcode scanner to scan into a web page field?

I'm searching for an app that will scan either a 1D or 2D (or both) barcode into a web page of choice and specific field.

Our website has a barcode scanning screen that clients use to scan into. We'd love to find an app to allow them to do this using their iphone, ipod touch, etc.

So they'd need to go to our website, log into their acct, go to the barcode scanning screen and put their cursor in the correct field, then the app would read the barcode via camera and insert the barcode number, etc into that field
