App Updates and there release times.

I have noticed that app seam to have updates at certain times of the day:

eg: 5,9am and 3pm here in Australia.

Is this true and if so can some one please supply more accurate times to base this on.

I was also wondering, is there a website that has a list of apps that are being reviewed by Apple?

Xmm, my apps were released in different time of the day..

I don't want to know the exact time they release new apps. I LOVE looking at new apps so I'd be watching the clock every day!! I like being surprised by new ones!!
