How long do you guys think till about 80% of our apps multitask

It won't be long. All apps need to recompile to ensure compatibility with iOS4.

No it would have to be the developers. Apple just has the store and after approval makes them available for end users to buy or download for free. They have nothing to do with the Apps themselves other than testing them to make sure they work properly. Some question how well they do that even. LOL
