New SMS hooks for devs

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but with the mention of new SMS hooks for devs to use will we see an iQuickSMS type app for non-jailbroken phones on iOS4? I loved iQuickSMS and miss it since I no longer jailbreak.

Dear Jared52,

devs have now the ability to *prepare* sms messages. That's all. Take a look to my apps Group Text! and ABContacts if you want to see what can (and what can't) be done.
