move slide to unlock to top?

I'm sure there is a cydia app that can do this but I need one from the real app store. I doubt they have this but the problem is my phone's digitizer stopped worked at the bottom and I can't get into the phone to get to cydia so I need to use a dif phone, get from app store, do a back up and then restore from that backup on the broken phone. whew! Any ideas?

I'm sure somebody else could articulate this better but, this kind of app would never make it passed Apple's approval process since it would require the programmer to alter Apple's code.....the part they don't want any of us to have access to. This is also one of many reasons why people jailbreak and why Cydia exists.
