A question - There are two options to send the "TIP", the first one from "NEW TIP" screen and the other from "OPEN TIP", is there a difference between the two ?

Hi McJess,

Yes, the two options are the same.
From the "NEW TIP" screen, if you choose the "send" option at the end of the process, the photo will just be sent and not stored in the photo library (only by choosing "Save to photo library" you can achieve that.
From "OPEN TIP" screen, you can just pick any photo from the library and send it (either if you open it to see the text or not).
