Default Wallpaper-Label-App FoundMe with Push Notification to the lost phone

FoundMe is a new convenient tool to identify the owner of a lost iPhone or iPod touch. It comprises an editor with which the owner can place his contact data on the wallpaper shown as the lock screen of the iPhone/iPod and a one-way messenger for contacting his device via Push Notification.

What makes it stand out from other wallpaper editors is the ability to freely position, rotate and adjust the colours and transparency of the text layer, while permitting the user to zoom the background photo. We integrated our own wallpaper gallery for iPhone/iPod for easy browsing through a number of sample images. There is an update in progress by which FoundMe will include the much larger source of wallpapers: mobile.sciphone.net.

The messenger is accessible for the owner through the online portal of FoundMe. From there the owner can send messages and sound notifications to his lost device for free. THIS FUNCTION IS UNIQUE FOR AN APP OF THIS KIND.

In a future update a location service showing the position of the lost device on a map will be added. This will be accomplished by using Push technology too.

You find every other useful information including screenshots and a video on FoundMe's homepage at www.foundme-app.com .
