I have been able to send or receive files with this app exactly once. I always get "failed" when receiving or "cancelled" when sending. Does anyone have any tips on how to do this properly?

I have had these problems as well. I have found that it does take a while to send but you have to leave the app open until the file is sent. If you close the program before, it will cancel. Hope this helps.
