Today Screen

I am a new convert to the iPhone and am looking for a today screen but am not willing to jailbreak my phone. Does anyone know if Apple is working on an authorized official today screen? Maybe with 3.1?

Don't expect any such changes until - possibly - the 4.0 software.

They have some patents out with ideas similar to a Today Screen, but -- yeah -- iPhone 3.1 doesn't implement any of them that we've heard of.

the closest you can get to having that is taking a screen shot of your calendar, todo app, etc. and sticking it as your wallpaper. Personally I use SaiSuke's Weekly view and screen cap it as my wallpaper... it works for now.
