My App Watch List

I use both Bargain Bin (Free) and App Sniper to watch apps for sales.
Right now here is what I have on my watch lists:

1. Zenbe
2. Grocery Gadget
3. Date Wheel date calculator
4. Mover +
5. Bookworm
6. Crop n Frame
7. ColorSplash
8. Card Bank
9. Emergency Location

I'm just watching them, I'm not moved or unmoved about the price but I am pacing myself.
So, I guess I'll ask...
What do you have on your list?
What do I have on my list that you think I should just pull the trigger on?
Which apps will never go on sale?
What do you use to track apps since there is not App Store shopping cart?

I've never used Card Bank, so I can't comment specifically on that app, but why not just get CardStar right now? It's free, and works at all the stores I've tested it on:

Really funny, I was talking to my friend @ work about my app watch list after I posted this and he told me about CardStar. So I'm playing with it tonight.

Tried Card Star but entry of cards was not easy. Spent the $1 on CardBank and it is workign well. Needed to amp up brightness setting and so far it worked at CVS and Giant. CardBank automatically figured the correct number of digits, unlike star program.
