FCC Investigating GV Rejection by AT&T & Apple

According to Macrumers the FCC is investigating the decision to reject GV by Apple or AT&T. The FCC says they want to know what AT&T's role was in the rejection on GV if that was true. You can read the article here:

It will be interesting to see who really made the call on rejecting GV & I would like to know what really happened.

If it was Apple that rejected GV i dont get how the FCC can do anything about it since it is apple's apps tore and their choice on what apps get approved and what don't. This is such a waste of time.
