Then why did they ban all those dating and nudity apps or even prevent them from upgrading to 3.0 ?

Apple never did ban 17+ plus apps. Apple took download them apps because they do not allow nudity in apps. And now any app with a browser it marked 17+ and they did not give the devs with 17+ app promo codes to give away.
