It's a really cheesy app with a video you watch and the creepy person jumps out.
Really stupid, yes, but show it to people and it's hilarious. My girlfriend downloaded it last night and was sitting next to me and she about peed herself since she didn't know what was going to happen. I plan on using this one on friends.
Tip: If you show people, hold your phone! I'd be afraid they'd drop it when they jump, haha. Just hold it out to them
