Record phone calls

Is there an app that will allow an iPhone user to record phone calls?

if you have a jailbreaked phone then you can install backgrounder and use any of the above applications to do so else also i beleive you can press the home button after the call is initiated and setting to speaker mode the call will be still active now use any of above apps.
