Beta testers needed for new iPhone note syncing app

Hi folks.

We are looking for beta testers for an application called Note*spark that allows you to sync notes between the iPhone and a web-based version of Note*spark.

The idea is to have your notes available to you wherever you are, whether on your phone, on your desktop, or at a friend's house.

It also allows you to share notes with others (on their iPhones or on the web) and to work collaboratively.

Has anyone heard from these guys? Are they in beta? Is there any other app that would allow me to sync notes with desktop? In the Palm OS, I have lots of notes that I carried around for reference. I need a way to import my notes from my old Palm desktop.
