Alarm profile app

I'm trying to find an alarm profile app for my iPhone 4S that is similar to the "Phone Alarm" app I had on my HTC windows phone.
I need to be able to config it to play the alert tone every so many minutes until I look at a received email or text.
Also for missed calls and voice messages and calender reminders.
