Charging my New phone

I charged my New iPhone 7 last night before letting it drain all the way. I know some people say it better to let it drain and some people say it doesn't matter. I just wanted to get other people opinions on this

It's fine. I let mine die once in awhile but most days, I just put it on the charger before bed. Haven't had issues.

It doesn't matter. Charge however it's most convenient.

I use a sleep app on my phone, it must sit on the charger overnight. My phone is / has been on a charger overnight for a couple years now. Has no effect on modern batteries. Charge it, don't charge it, let it drain, don't let it drain, etc.. like Nike says "just do it"
