I nearly pressed order for the jet black but noticed the shipping time so changed it before pressing order.

I did something similar, wanted to look at something... I had the 32GB Matte Black in my cart for 16th delivery. I checked what I wanted to check, dates changed to 9/22-28 (when I will be on the road). Added the 128GB Matte Black and checked out before it went bye-bye

Yup, literally just got done with it. They've been backed up all night, still getting mine on the 16th.

I still don't have an email for esign, placed order with CS at 2am PT (7 hours ago). When I call them they keep telling me I will get an email in 48 hrs. I'm worried that of I wait 48 hours and order wasn't placed properly by the rep, I'll have to reorder and wait a lot longer.

Just wanted to update on my issue in case anyone reads it and has the same problem. After 2 hours on hold with Apple I was told reorder because the reservation # would reset. When I opened the app, all my info was there and I just had to fill in payment info. Had to totally redo my husband and daughter's but all three ( 2 black/128 and 1 gold/128) say delivery 9/16. I think maybe they were still reserved and just had to be confirmed.

I think that is what is happening all around. There are still (many 100s, 1000s) of phones stuck in "carts" online, and it may be skewing the ship/available dates for people wanting to order. Either that or Apple / AT&T was staggering times the phone were available.

Did anyone preorder from Best Buy? My order completed at 12:12am and says delivery the 16th. Not sure if it's still saying that for everyone? I feel like I don't really know if that's when it's coming.

Best Buy has that date for everyone. It will continue with that same date even on September 15th. They never guarantee a phone on launch day. You're just in a line to get your phone whenever it comes in stock.

Pre-ordered in the night. Pop-up said I'd get a reservation email with instructions. Got it this morning after I woke up. Cannot connect to complete the order (pay for it) and keep getting: "The page you’re looking for can’t be found."

Have to complete it by 4 pm tomorrow/Saturday. Now what?! Apple's phone line and chat are not available.

I've seen many complaints about TMo. There were a lot last year as well. Seems the best is order from Apple. I did last year and went through my Verizon plan.

Man am I excited! I had not planned to upgrade as I didn't think I'd be able to, but with VZW trade in deal I was! This is the 1st time I will ever have the up to date model iPhone and the 1st time I have ever pre ordered. I ordered the 7 Plus 32GB Rose Gold and one place says arriving by 9/28 and one place says by 10/10, so we will see. Sure hoping for sooner than later though!

I paid $749 for Black 128GB and picking in store on 16th between 4:00 and 4:30pm scheduled window and didn't wake up early to order?

I mentioned they started at $649 and go up $100 based on size $649/749/849. Or maybe I mentioned the Plus. Glad to know there was no difference. I can't do a pick up, without a road trip. Closest pick up for me is 140 miles (each way)... so.. delivery on the 16th was my only real option. Thanks
