Iphone 7 PLus - People cant hear me when I make calls

I have the iphone 7 plus with ios10.2.1 and everytime I call people they can never hear me unless my phone is on speaker, on the loudest volume with me speaking very VERY closeley to the microphone. What could possibly be wrong with it?! I've only had my phone for a week!

Absolutely agree. Go to the Apple Store if you have one close or just take it back to where you got it. It's only been a week.

This. And don't let wherever you got it give you a refurb. Since you're in the 14-day return period, insist on a new phone and if they won't, return the one you have and then buy a new one.
