So for a few weeks now I've been having a lot of issues with my iPhone, mostly having to keep turning off and on or rebooting the phone. Its either no notifications, dropped calls or text, text not going through, very little to no service or just a complete freeze. I am current on updates, but I'm starting to believe maybe I just need to do a fresh install and a reinstall of all apps.

Anyone having these issues? I've checked all the setting and did a reset of setting to hopefully fix it, but still having issues.

Thanks
Bob

Oddly enough I have experienced more freezes than I have in the past. It's not rendering my phone useless or anything just causing some minor annoyances here and there. I am on the public beta 10.2.1 maybe that has something to do with it.... idk... You're not alone I'm sure.

I'm also having bad call quality and dropped calls. It's the first time I've had a dropped call in years. I'm hoping it's just a software bug.

I'm not having any of those problems with my iPhone 7 Plus. Sounds like it may be time to schedule a visit to the Genius Bar at an Apple Store. If you can't do that, call Apple's Technical Support line on another phone and have them diagnose your phone remotely; they can do that. They will have you go into the Settings app and the phone will send diagnostic and telemetry data from your device to Apple for analysis.

I do encourage you to call Apple or like I said, schedule a Genius Bar appointment at an Apple Store. Apple will be able to help you. You still have the standard one year warranty of the iPhone so if there's a problem Apple can replace your phone if that's what's needed to correct the issue.

It wouldn't hurt to try a fresh install. That's what they would do at the Genius Bar. It's a bit of a PITA. But does good.

I had problems with dropped calls. A trip to genius bar they swapped it out new phone no more dropped calls

Since I'm 80 miles from the nearest Apple store, I would try a restore as new first. Then if that didn't work, I would try for a replacement.

I'm on the pubic beta, and am not experiencing the issue you described. I'm having issue with incoming texts notifying me, via sound or visual, and have to turn off bluetooth to get it to work.

My guess is that the beta is having issues for you.....you should have a Feedback Icon on your desktop..be sure to fill let them know about your issue, this is why they release these beta's, so we, you and me, to whom volunteer for it, can help them find and fix bugs.
