It comes from this site. He's been working to get it to work on 10.2. Not having a lot of luck. He has a solid black that works on 10.2 for the 4 inch screen. But not the larger screens. But you might find something.

I have a very specific way of organizing mine. I hate having to hunt through too many folders so I only make a folder when I have a ton of stuff to put in it and I keep everything I use daily on the first page, weekly on the second, and occasionally on the third

Mine is similar. For those on the 2nd page, I use Spotlight quite a bit. Those folders, though, are alphabetized.
