    Hello,

I have unlimited data on Verizon, and have a strong LTE signal. It's very frustrating that my facebook app on the iPhone 7 plus won't give me the option to play videos in HD.

    Am I missing something?

I see the HD toggle button, but I believe FB just compresses abbot too much. I also have upload HD selected.

I don't have any issues with that and they're crystal clear

I believe it is SD by default and you have to always tap the HD button, even if upload HD is on. I'm not sure but I think on wifi you still have to tap HD. Yes it is very annoying. Youtube is even worse, unless they fixed it already, you had to be on wifi to watch in HD. Stopped using the app for that reason and just added safari page to homepage.

You're right about YouTube. That's one of the only times I feel like a prisoner with iOS. I use the Tubex app to watch YouTube, and all is right with the world again.
