Music App Landscape mode?

It would really be nice to have Music App go into Landscape mode on my 7 Plus as it does on the iPad. Is this just not supported on the Plus? is there a way to do it?

I have an iPhone 7 Plus and when I turn the device sideways, the iTunes app goes into landscape mode.

Oops. I meant Music App not iTunes. I corrected in original post. Thanks for responding.

Funny I went to the iTunes Store App to check and no Landscape. I then remembered that if you have display set to Zoomed it doesn't switch to Landscape. Switched back to Standard and iTunes goes to Landscape but Music App still doesn't.

That was an Apple commercial. Most likely a feature they have yet to add.

It looks as if that is the Control Center in landscape mode. You need to have Zoomed View to Standard. Then just hold the phone in landscape and swipe up and right to left and it will show your music/audio. Hope that helps!

You're right. The trick is to turn to landscape before pulling up the control center.
