Iphone 7 plus blue screw line

Hi I bought an iPhone 7 plus 256gb when I do reset with power+volume down I get blue screen and line across the screen also i find battery drains faster than my old iPhone went Apple Store they say I must using the phone more but it's not true anyone had same problem

I was having that problem on i7 10.0.1 but after updated 10.0.2 it solved

First, update to 10.0.2. Then, be aware that even if you are not actually using it more (I know I am using my iPhone 7+ more…) that it may be running a lot in the backgroundnfor a while as it indexes your apps and data, etc.
