Messages App Won't Change Orientation

Anyone having issues with the messages app not switching orientation? It will be in horizontal view in every app until I switch to messages.

Weird, just tried a bunch of different apps and messages worked in landscape as well. Maybe a reboot will fix??

I actually think it's my case for some reason? I pulled it out of the case and it's working now. Hmmm.
