Wrong shipping address with Verizon

I remember seeing someone post about this a few days ago. I forgot to give Verizon a updated shipping address. They said they couldn't update the address and could only cancel it and reorder it. I mentioned what I saw someone here say which is to intercept the package and reroute. Anyone ever done that with Verizon? I know it was in the Iphone 7 plus forum I saw it in, just can't remember which thread. It is fine if it goes to the billing address on file but I would rather it come to my work. As a last resort I guess I could have UPS of FedEx, whoever it is, to hold it at the distribution center for pickup.

Get the UPS app, become a Choice member and then select an alternate delivery location.

Deal with FedEx or UPS... Have them hold for you to pick up at their depot. I've done it with both...
