    Default Volume button issue

    My volume up button is only responsive on the lower portion of the button. If I press it at the top it's pretty firm and doesn't do anything. With my case installed it changes volume just fine. Hopefully the button doesn't crap out completely.

    Since it is a new device, take it to the nearest Apple Store, show them the problem, and have them switch it out for a new device.

    Glad that's not the case here. I have 4 to pick from. But I'm sure non have replacement 7 Plus phones on hand.

    Maybe it's a simple fix for the Genius Bar. No need for replacement.

    Got lucky and got into 1 of the 3 slots they had available today. I know the chances of having replacement devices is slim to none. So I may have to get Verizon to send out a replacement whenever they have them.

    Apple Store ordered a warranty replacement since they aren't allowed to repair these yet.
